Discover Synergy Training and Consulting was established in 2001 as soft-skills training provider and HR consulting with Mrs. Aisha Dagmar at its helm. The company focuses on delivering consulting and training in the area of professional development grouped under its two training series: Fundamental Training Series and Managerial Training Series. Our clients consist of national and multi-national companies, NGOs, BUMNs, among them are: Telkomsel, Aqua Danone, Indosat, PermataBank, Sun Life Financial, bp Indonesia, Chevron Pacific Indonesia, Bank BTN, Infomedia Nusantara, Tugu Pratama, PLAN Indonesia, and GN-OTA.
With a combined experience of 35 years in training delivery, the three principle trainers: Aisha Dagmar, Budi Setianto, and Zulfikar Lukman use quantum learning methodology in delivering their training programs. Another training method that has proven to be most effective is role playing. As a matter of fact, 50% of the allocated time in a training is dedicated to role playing. This ensures participants’ involvement in case studies, and help them to thoroughly understand the concepts delivered. Classes are consistently lively, dynamic, and motivating because participants are actively involved in all activities, be it games, role plays, or interactive discussion and experience sharing.
Discover Synergy trainers come from a variety of background, hence our motto : Excellence in Diversity. All are practitioners in their field, with a minimum of seven years of training experience in their respective areas of competencies. We have trainers with sales and marketing background, law, public relations, human resources who have worked in fast moving consumer goods companies, telecommunications industry, banks and other financial institutions, manufacturing, oil and gas industry, and NGOs.
Our training materials are tailor-made to suit our clients’ needs and are regularly revised to maintain its relevance. Key indicators of our training materials are practical, up-to-date, user-friendly, and comprehensive. We are very careful about delivering materials that are sensitive and potentially offensive to our audience, therefore we always make sure that there is a Pre-Training Assessment done one week before the training commence to discuss work issues and challenges. To assess progress and coach participants for further developments, a Post-Training Assessment is done two months after the training is completed.
